## Opportunity Overview

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a degree or HND and 3+ years of experience working for a reputable Main Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
* Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible prices
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

## Requirements

* Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* 3+ years of experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
* Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
