Job Summary

As a Senior Project Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor at Randstad Construction and Property, you will oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying. This includes overseeing cost reconciliations, applications, and valuations, as well as assisting with risk and value management to optimize solutions and review with the team. You will also be responsible for contract management, including all relevant contract forms, methods, and budget control, and ensure all safety risk situations are known by all site management. Additionally, you will provide ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors, and clients' representatives, and ensure all steps to confidentiality and private information sensitivity.

Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required. You should also have experience in Civils, groundworks, and hold a CSCS certification. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
