Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading Main Contractor, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a degree or HND and at least 3 years of experience working for a reputable Main Contractor. They will have a proven track record of working on new build education projects and possess excellent commercial skills and awareness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the commercial team in the preparation of tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing the commercial aspects of projects. They will also be expected to work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take their career to the next level and work with a highly successful and well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids
  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
