Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Top 5 developer on exclusive residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis, risk management, and commercial negotiations.

  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Perform risk and value management to identify potential issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes and minimize financial risks.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and manage relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual claims and disputes to protect the client's interests.
  • Maintain awareness of current building contracts and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • As a senior quantity surveyor, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy.
