About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Stock Planner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Ecommerce & Wholesale team, you will be responsible for managing daily replenishment orders, reviewing retail stock levels, and maintaining the inventory management system's accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action daily replenishment orders to the companies stores, ensuring efficient restocking and optimal stock levels.
  • Review retail stock levels and make recommendations to improve assortment and stock levels, guaranteeing best sell-through and availability.
  • Aid retail stock take processes, maintaining the inventory management system's accuracy and up-to-date status.
  • Build strong working relationships with retail teams and operations functions, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strive to introduce best practices across the merchandising team and replenishment processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support Merchandiser with Ecommerce launch data and intake reporting, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Ad hoc reporting to help support Merchandiser with retail-related decision-making, ensuring informed choices.
  • Demonstrate exceptional Excel skills, as they are essential for this role.
  • Prior knowledge of Netsuite or other inventory management systems is advantageous, but not required.
