Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Lead to join our Corporate Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear briefs for external project managers and design teams
  • Manage project delivery through appointed external project managers
  • Attend and chair key project meetings
  • Brief and performance manage external agencies
  • Resolve project issues and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery
  • Keep line manager informed of project progress and highlight risks
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Develop and manage project budgets

Requirements

  • Construction-related industry experience
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or property-related subject
  • Knowledge of contract, health & safety, and employment law
  • Broad understanding of construction project management and property industry
  • High degree of personal motivation and ability to work independently
  • Exceptional client-facing skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Good negotiator
  • Commercial acumen
