An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Greater London Residential Portfolio Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in residential property management, you will be responsible for overseeing the Greater London region's residential portfolio, ensuring its smooth operation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance concerns, and overseeing contractor management. You will also be responsible for waste and parking management, as well as service charge administration.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Conduct regular inspections of residential properties across the Greater London region.
  • Address maintenance concerns and oversee contractor activities.
  • Manage waste and parking for the properties under your care.
  • Administer service charges for the residents.

A salary package of up to £45,000 per annum, inclusive of a car allowance of £3,000, is offered to the successful candidate. In addition to this, we provide opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
