We are currently seeking a skilled London Region Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. As a key figure in our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of our residential properties across the Greater London area. Your duties will involve inspecting properties, resolving maintenance issues, and overseeing contractor activities. You will also be responsible for waste and parking management, as well as service charge administration.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in residential property management, preferably with ATPI or MTPI certification.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, inclusive of a car allowance of £3,000, is offered to the successful candidate. In addition to this, we provide opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
