About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Estates Surveyor to join our Network Estate Management team in London, Reading, or Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a case load of Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and General Management Queries/Issues for our key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality results as directed by client account remits.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and General Management Queries/Issues.
  • Collaborate with surveyors on nominated client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare summaries for legal documentation and analyze data via client databases.
  • Submit client reports and recommendations via Cluttons' client database.
  • Act as a point of contact for property issues and projects for clients.
  • Prepare regular client reports in accordance with client requests.
  • Utilize MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to manage data and create reports.
