The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Estates Surveyor to join our Network Estate Management team based in either the London, Reading or Manchester office. Your main responsibility will be focused across the Estate Management/Telecoms Services we provide to key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver key outcomes as directed by the client account(s) remit.
  • Manage a case load of Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, General Management Queries/Issues.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal & external clients including liaison with landlords and tenants.
  • Work closely with surveyors on the nominated client account(s).
  • Prepare summaries for legal documentation.
  • Analyse and manipulate data via client database(s).
  • Submit client report/recommendations via Cluttons' client database(s).
  • Act as a point of contact in respect of property issues and projects for the client.
  • Prepare client reports on a regular basis in accordance with client requests both ad hoc and structured.

Requirements

  • Educated to university degree level or equivalent professional qualification, preferably including, or working towards MRICS chartered status.
  • Demonstrate good time management and multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to manipulate large files of data in Excel.
  • Proficient in drafting emails and correspondence in a formal manner.
