Job Title: Telecoms Estates Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Estates Surveyor to join our Network Estate Management team in London, Reading, or Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and General Management Queries/Issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing expert advice on estate management and telecoms services.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients, liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with surveyors to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Prepare summaries for legal documentation and analyze data using client databases.
  • Submit client reports and recommendations via Cluttons' client database.
  • Act as a point of contact for property issues and projects for our clients.
  • Prepare regular client reports in accordance with client requests.
  • Develop effective working relationships with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably including MRICS chartered status.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong drafting and correspondence skills.
