Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the primary client interface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on different approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Project planning, including ensuring the production of a detailed project plan.
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
Internal Management Accountabilities:
  • Staff management (where appropriate) – Inputting into the formal management of an Assistant Project Manager or small project management team.
  • Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
  • Financial management – Ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing FMS to monitor a project's financial status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
