As a Customer Field Engineer at CityFibre, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our full fibre network. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our customers to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Complete fibre installations and connections for residential and business customers, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Resolve service incidents and escalations in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and communication.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency response for network or customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for experienced engineers with a strong background in fibre installation and maintenance. You must have a valid UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points, and hold relevant qualifications such as NRSWA O1, Openreach PIA S007 Sub-Duct and Cable Installation, and SA001 Overhead Safety and SA002 Underground Safety or SA006 Safe Working in Civils. Desirable qualifications include NRSWA LA, SA020 MDU Installations and SA022 Track and Locate underground Services, and Health and Safety; EFAC, EUSR, Abrasive, IPAF and TETRA.
