About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Integration Lead to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for procurement integration processes and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Analyze multiple sources of data to identify potential synergy opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Lead the integration of procurement activities across the organization, ensuring a smooth execution of key contracts and procurement processes.
  • Deliver improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and value of the procurement function, aligning with the company's sustainability plans and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in to change management activity and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring supplier due diligence is carried out on incoming supply chains, promoting ethical practices and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Lead on Hive Up activities relating to M&A and internal legal entity changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing disruption.
  • Provide strategic support to the Procurement Leadership Team in driving the Group's Reasonable, Ethical and Sustainable Procurement policy and ESG objectives across the organization.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a procurement environment, with a strong understanding of change management and project management principles.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work effectively in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to take personal responsibility, with a solution-focused attitude and a positive and focused approach to work.
  • Ability to continuously improve own learning and development, with a keen interest in promoting the company's corporate values and a can-do attitude.
