Job Title: Repair Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Repair Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nottinghill Genesis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of repair services, ensuring that residents receive prompt and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the allocation of repair requests to contractors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, escalating issues as necessary to resolve problems
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using Workwise to track progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in housing management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Workwise or similar software
