Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Edward Mann Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the balance sheet across multiple agencies, ensuring a tight controls environment and working closely with commercial teams on contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance Sheet Management: Oversee the preparation and review of balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and US GAAP.
- Financial Analysis: Provide monthly balance sheet analysis at local and regional levels across multiple agencies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Statutory Accounts: Prepare statutory accounts for multiple entities under UK GAAP with US GAAP conversions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Treasury Management: Manage foreign exchange rates and ensure accurate revenue allocation and contract compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including VAT returns and intercompany balance reports.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or relevant experience.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a media agency or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
