Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Field Based - Nationwide Travel Required

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 pa plus bonuses

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in Hastings. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of medical suction equipment in various hospitals across mainland Britain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct on-site installations and repairs of medical equipment.
  2. Inspect and test machinery and software to identify faults.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with medical equipment.
  4. Write and submit technical reports for all repair and maintenance work.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling.
  6. Hold a full UK driving license and have a clear DBS.
  7. Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
