Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 pa plus bonuses
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in Hastings. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of medical suction equipment in various hospitals across mainland Britain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test medical equipment and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and software faults to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct on-site installations and repairs of medical equipment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports for all repair and maintenance work, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and providing exceptional customer service.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have a clear DBS check.
- Be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
