Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, education, and leisure activities. You will work closely with our young people to build strong relationships and create lasting memories.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our young people. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development programs.
We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and able to work effectively with young people who may have challenging behaviors. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
