About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our residential care team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school.

Our Residential Support Workers play a vital role in helping our young people overcome difficulties and progress. You will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives. This could be in the form of helping the young person at school, accompanying them to take part in an activity, or simply assisting them in completing general daily tasks, including morning and night-time routines.

Due to the location, candidates must have a Full UK driving licence.
