About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
