About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Wheelchair Transport Service, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce platform in the pharmaceutical arena, revolutionizing how pharmacies do business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Develop and optimize customer journey maps to drive customer advocacy
  • Analyze customer data and needs, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and driving business results
  • Represent customer needs in product development, ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Develop and maintain standard procedures for onboarding and customer support
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, sales, or marketing
  • Strong process thinking and experience implementing and optimizing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and debate recommendations at the executive level
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and unblocking relationships, turning detractors into advocates
