Job Title: Store Manager - Retail Operations
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal store appearance
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Fluent English language skills
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills
