Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
Retail Store Manager sought by ROC Recruitment for a dynamic and expanding high street retailer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Revenue: Exceed store targets and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Business Operations: Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results to ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience by leading your team to provide exceptional service, ensuring the sales floor is always neat, clean, and organized, and reflecting the correct visual image.
- Team Development: Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maximize sales and achieve business objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage store profit and loss (P&L) and costs to ensure the store is operating within budget.
