We are currently seeking an experienced Administration and Management Specialist to support our international projects in the United Kingdom.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and further development of management systems (IMS) for ISO certifications in the UK, as well as providing administrative support for various tasks related to personnel and procurement.

  • Maintenance and development of management systems (IMS) for ISO certifications in the UK.
  • Support with payroll, management of overtime accounts, travel expense reports, and organisation of accommodation, vehicles, and insurance.
  • Organisation of procurements for the head office in London and support with invoicing of consultancy contracts and services provided.

The ideal candidate should have sound administrative experience, preferably in the areas of management systems, accounting, or HR administration, ideally with a focus on construction. Intercultural competence and a good command of written and spoken English are also essential for working successfully on an international level.

Requirements
  • Solid understanding of management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ISO certification standards.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
