We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Dexory. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to support our business growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current and new markets using a variety of sources, looking at demand and market fundamentals.
- Data Storytelling: Develop and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Competitor Research: Analyze competitors' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
- Market Intelligence: Publish market intelligence updates for external and internal distribution on regular cadence to engage with the target audience.
- SWOT Analysis: Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Report Writing: Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer insight analytics or market research analysis role.
- Data Literacy: Possess an analytical mindset with proficiency in data literacy.
- Communication Skills: Have strong communication skills for effective report writing alongside good presentation skills.
- Research Methodologies: Demonstrate proficiency in research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, as well as surveys.
- Education: BS degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
