Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tools Engineer on AAA titles

  • Passion for tool development and improving the working environment of others
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 on AAA titles
  • Experience in line management of engineering teams
  • Experience supporting remote teams
