Neurodivergent Support Associate

We are seeking a recent Graduate or individual with experience supporting neurodiverse students to work closely with our partner schools in Lewisham.
About the RoleThis fixed-term opportunity runs until July 2025, with the possibility of extension. The salary is £25,600 - £28,400 per annum (PAYE), and you will work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Main Responsibilities- Support students intellectually and pastorally, promoting self-expectations and academic growth.
- Liaise with senior leadership to develop and enhance teaching practices.
- First-Class Degree in a relevant subject from a UK University.
- Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational setting.
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Patience and empathy for individuals who have faced disappointment in the education system.
