We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to advance their pedagogical skillset and provide personalized support to students who require it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students intellectually and pastorally to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Liaising with senior leadership to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Working with students who have complex needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
Requirements
  • A First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University.
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent people in an educational capacity.
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Location: Lewisham
