Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEN Learning Support Assistant. You will work closely with students who require additional support, developing strategies to help them manage their behavior and emotions, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with special educational needs in a one-to-one setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist students in developing social skills and emotional regulation techniques.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual student requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • A qualification in education or a related field (e.g., degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related discipline).
