Role Overview

A role that involves providing academic and pastoral support to students with unique neurological profiles in Lewisham, UK.

About the Position

We are seeking a recent graduate who has gained knowledge of supporting students with neurodiverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University and prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational setting.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, with a salary range of £22,000 - £24,500 per annum (PAYE). The role starts immediately and continues until July 2025, with opportunities to continue beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide intellectual and emotional support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • To encourage students to set and achieve their own goals.
  • To collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance pedagogical skills.
Requirements
  • First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University.
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational setting.
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong safeguarding practices.
  • Patience and empathy for individuals who have been let down by the education system.
