Senior Learning Support Assistant Wanted

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to fill a full-time role at our specialist school in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will support children with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties, aged 5-11, in achieving academic excellence and personal growth.

About the Position

This long-term role offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£100. You will work closely with experienced teachers to create a stimulating learning environment that caters to diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Support children with Autism and/or Severe Learning Difficulties in achieving their full potential.
  2. Develop and implement adaptive lesson plans to meet individual learning needs.
  3. Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, promoting a positive attitude towards learning.
  4. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Behaviour Management Plans.
