Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist SEN Support Worker to join our team in Ealing. This rewarding role involves working with students who have complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in SEN and be able to provide personal care support where necessary, as well as adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.

We are committed to providing excellent support to children with complex needs, and we believe that every child deserves the best possible education and care.

This is a full-time permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with complex learning and physical needs.
  • Provide personal care support where necessary.
  • Help adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
