Salary Details

Job ResponsibilitiesMain Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and partner agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in adult safeguarding, staying up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices.
  3. Develop and implement robust safeguarding plans, addressing the needs of vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments and investigations, gathering essential information to inform decision-making.
  5. Provide training and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and strategies.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and achieve better outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience as an Adult's Reviews & Safeguarding Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry.
  • Active registration with the HCPC and a valid DBS certificate.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality services, with a focus on client-centered practice and collaborative working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
