Adult ADHD Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Adult ADHD team. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Consultant Psychiatrist, providing direct interventions to service users, assessing and treating patients with mental and physical health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct interventions to service users, including ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental and physical health needs.
  • Assess and manage patients referred to the Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Clinic.
  • Support and work cooperatively with other ADHD team members to deliver effective multi-disciplinary assessments and interventions for adults with ADHD.
Requirements
  • Maintenance of a Section 12 approval for Mental Health Act work.
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
  • Included on the GMC Specialist Register or within six months of gaining CCT.

The estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the required skills and qualifications, please submit your application for consideration.
