Revenue Analyst Placement

We are seeking a talented intern to join our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) – Revenue Analyst and Pricing team on a 12-month placement. This placement is ideal for a bachelor's or master's student looking to gain a deep understanding of revenue and pricing strategies on an international scale. As a Revenue Analyst, you will learn how to shape the commercial revenue performance of EMEA hotels through strategic coordination of reporting, delivery of data-driven strategies, processes, and procedures, and partnership in projects.

As part of our EMEA headquarters team, you will be part of a cohort of 40+ interns and participate in regular connect meetings, short assignments, and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area, and a free in-house gym.

The Opportunity

As an intern, you will play an active role in our continued success and be an integral part of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring effective information gathering and analysis to identify and maximise opportunities and minimise risks.
  • Supporting and communicating EMEA business performance and strategy relevant to inventory, pricing, systems, and promotional deployment.
  • Supporting EMEA and global projects with a test and learn culture, focused on our customer proposition, with robust measurements to monitor and improve performance.
  • Managing/contributing/participating in projects such as RMCC Strategic Framework to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the RMCC and Pricing department, reports, processes, or procedures.
  • Performing tasks using various systems, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, SSIS, VBA, SQL, Python, and other coding languages.
  • Networking: You will have the opportunity to connect with professionals across the business, paving the way for valuable relationships.
  • Salary & Benefits: £24,000 Gross PA & private healthcare.
  • Requirements:
    • Must be a current Bachelor's or Master's student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree.
    • A Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least an interest in the hotel/hospitality industry, if not relevant to your degree or any work experience you might have.
