We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at our leisure centre.
As a Lifeguard with Freedom Leisure, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and welcoming environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service and promoting our leisure activities.

Requirements:
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
- Competent swimmer – swim test will need to be completed as part of the interview process.
- An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
