Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver tailored learning activities, supporting the delivery of lessons.

  • Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with additional needs, fostering their academic and personal development.
  • Assist with the preparation of resources and the creation of an engaging classroom environment.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere, supporting the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.

Requirements

  • A Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally supporting children with diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £85-105 per day, depending on experience, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
