Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, and redundancy consultations.
- Support the HR Business Partner in delivering a positive employee relations approach, coaching and upskilling managers to fulfill their people management responsibilities.
- Manage a caseload of employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive performance on key people metrics and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and provide sound guidance and expertise to management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar employee relations or HR role.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
