Job Description

HCLTech is a leading global technology company seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers experiencing issues with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Route complex issues to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff to resolve issues.
  • Administer and provide user account provisioning.
  • Document and manage problems and work requests using the Incident Management System.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
  • Technical skills in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality support.
