About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing care services to ensure they meet our high standards
* Supervising and mentoring care staff to enhance their skills and performance
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve care practices
* Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans
* Administering and recording medication according to established protocols
* Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
* Proven ability to lead and manage care services
* Good understanding of care planning processes
* Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training
* Strong organizational and IT skills, with ability to allocate and delegate work effectively
