Care Team Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to lead our care team at Bickerton House in Bracknell.
The Job:- Supervise and manage your shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans.
- Accurately administer and record medication.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident experiences.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
- You should be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate work effectively.
- A proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential.
- A good understanding of care planning processes is necessary.
- You should be experienced in or willing to undertake training on administering medication.
