Special School Opportunity

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a psychology graduate to join our team as a Psychology Graduate - SEN Support Role. Our special school in Hounslow provides education for pupils aged 4 to 16 with SLCN and ASC. We strive to create a supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each pupil.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 2:1 Psychology degree from a UK university. You should also have a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with additional needs through tailored interventions.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans.
  • Help prepare and maintain resources to create a structured learning environment.
  • Monitor pupils' progress and provide regular updates to parents and staff.
