Graduate Psychology Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Psychology Support Specialist at a SEND school located in Birmingham.
- As a Graduate Psychology Support Specialist, you will provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities.
- You will assist with lesson planning and classroom management to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
- Your role will involve supporting with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.
- You will work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils to learn and grow.
To be successful as a Graduate Psychology Support Specialist, you will require:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, staff members, and pupils.
