**About the Role:**

We are looking for a motivated Psychology graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in a specialist SEN school in Birmingham. As an Education Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of children and young adults with Autism, SEMH challenges, and various learning difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Working within classrooms, supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Developing key skills towards independence in a purpose-built, inclusive environment
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to provide effective support

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time), estimated based on national averages for similar roles in Birmingham

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (or currently studying towards one)
  • A passion for supporting young people with additional needs
