**Job Summary**
Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a remit of care homes in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, quality care, and governance across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support overall day-to-day operations of the remit through organizational strategies
* Mentor and guide Home Managers to drive KPIs and deliver high-quality care
* Act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers
* Drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence
* Recognize indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them
**Requirements**
* Experience working as a Multi-site or Regional Operations Manager within the social care sector
* RMA level 4/NVQ level 5 Management
* Good relationship management skills
* Exposure to and compliant with CQC
* Passion for the care of elderly people
**Location**
This role is commutable from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Sunderland, Middlesborough, Stockton on Tees, Darlington, Durham, Seaham, and Hartlepool.
**Interview Process**
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
