We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Mansfield area. As a leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people, we match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies.

Job Overview

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Our ideal candidate will be a caring and patient individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £10-12 per hour, plus double rates of pay for bank holidays and paid holiday time. Our comprehensive training program includes Dementia and refresher courses, as well as opportunities to study for City & Guilds qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote mental and physical well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in a care-related role, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. A background check will be required prior to employment.
