Quality Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing, product development, and customer service to drive quality, delivery, and cost performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive standardization of processes and eliminate waste through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
  • Establish short- and long-term goals using PDCA methodology
  • Lead internal audits and monitor supplier performance
  • Monitor output, quality, and scrap rates to improve OTD performance
  • Maintain records of products and approved suppliers

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Internal auditor certification
  • Self-motivated individual with a right-first-time approach
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000-£47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
