Principal Advocate for Childcare

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join our Legal Services department as Principal Advocate for Childcare. As a key member of our team, you will take the lead on all aspects of advocacy legal work relating to childcare matters in the Family Courts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law
- Take the lead on all aspects of advocacy legal work relating to childcare matters in the Family Courts
- Act as in-house counsel in such matters, providing expert legal advice as required
Requirements:
- Experience in childcare law and family court advocacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
