Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN needs, assisting with classroom activities and helping students with their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the SEN teacher to implement individual education plans and ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Any SEN qualifications are preferred, but not essential. A strong educational background and a passion for working with individuals with special needs are essential.
  • Prior experience working with students with SEN needs is highly desirable, but not necessary.
